Q: How Long Does it Take?
A: In most cases, your pre-designed package will be customized, installed and published by the close of business on the day you order.

A: Once payment is received for your custom coordinated branding package and you approve your concept, in most cases, your website will be up and running within 24 hours.

A: Depending on the project, in most cases, you will be presented with an exclusive custom illustration within 24 hours of placing your order (sometimes sooner).

Q: How Does it Work?
A: I will work closely with you throughout the design process, providing you with emails and links to my server to view your designs, page layouts, etc. Your feedback and input are valuable and important. Remember, this is your identity, so please be forthcoming with any details, modifications, etc. Please be available to respond to emails and/or telephone calls concerning the project during this process.

Q: Do You Offer a Layaway Plan?

Q: How Do I Make My Payment? Is it Safe to Use My Credit Card?
A: Bella Business Branding accepts all major credit cards through PayPal's SSL Secure Online Server. You do not need an account with PayPal to make your payment. See PLACING AN ORDER.

Q: Will My Design by Exclusive?
A: Yes, unlike other designers who use and incorporate non-exclusive stock art (which already has a copyright) into their designs, Bella Business Branding provides original custom and pre-designed branding (logo identity, character illustration, template design, etc.) to its clients for an exclusive brand which will not be sold to another client.

Q: Does Bella Business Branding Retain the Copyright?
A: Bella Business Branding provides its clients with exclusive, original illustration and logo design to ensure a unique, one-of-a-kind identity brand. For an additional fee, Bella Business Branding will transfer the copyright of its illustrated concept(s) to the client to trademark and/or use the concept as the client deems necessary to promote and advertise their business.

Q: I Paid for My Order, When Will My Project Be Scheduled?
A: You can book your custom project in the next available opening prior to or at the time of your order/payment. Bella Business Branding is very flexible and will do its best to accommodate you or meet any deadline.

Q: What is Your Refund Policy?
A: Bella Business Branding does not offer refunds on its services, as graphics, logos, illustrations and web designs are not tangible merchandise. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order/purchase, Bella Business Branding will work with you until you are completely and 100% satisfied with your design(s).
